Refund Policy for Maki - Email Validation API Services

Thank you for choosing Maki by Chibi Software LLP! We are dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality email validation services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase of any subscription or pay as you go plan. To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

  • The service has not been heavily utilized or abused.

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

3. Processing Refunds

Upon receiving your request, we will review it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via Paddle. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.

  • The service has been heavily used or abused.
