Refund Policy for Maki - Email Validation API Services

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase of any subscription or pay as you go plan. To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
The service has not been heavily utilized or abused.

Reason for the refund request
3. Processing Refunds
Upon receiving your request, we will review it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via Paddle. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted if:
The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
The service has been heavily used or abused.
There is any indication of fraudulent activity.
